Thank you to the nurses at Theatre Direct who went above and beyond making sure that I was comfortable and easing my anxiety. Also Thank you to the nurses who accompanied me to the x ray and C T scan department and to the staff who performed the x rays and scans.Thank you to the catering staff who were always so jolly and informative about the daily menus.I would also like to thank the anaesthetist for her care and reassurance and her assistant for again easing my anxiety. Thank you to the surgeon who carried out my procedure and to the consultants who visited me on the ward. Also I would like to Thank the post operative staff who cared for me as I was waking up from surgery.

I am extremely grateful for the care and attention that was allocated to me during my stay at Treliske by all the staff that I encountered.

Dear Sicilia IT,

My name is Jane and I am the Clinical Matron for Emergency Care.

Thank you for your kind and very positive comments regarding your experience throughout your inpatient stay.

My area is the Emergency department so I am really pleased that we were able to assist you in a calm and compassionate way, ensuring you were given sufficient time and explanations regarding your condition. A hospital admission can be stressful for everyone so it is great to hear so many positive aspects of your stay from the staff in the different areas of the Trust.

I will forward your comments onto the staff in ED and I hope you are well on your way to recovery.

Kind Regards

Jane
