I visited the urgent Care centre for a minor injury I had sustained. At reception there was a quick check in and I was advised to sit and wait. Within minutes I was called to the streaming area where I was seen by an efficient nurse who took one and asked me what the issue was. From here she was able to refer me on to a nurse practitioner who examined me and was able to prescribe medication for my injury. All in all I was in urgent care for under 30 minutes. I have no complaints about the service I received and I am very grateful for our NHS staff who do an amazing job in a difficult climate and who I have always found remain courteous and professional.
