"Experiences at Belvedere Medical Centre"

I have been with Belvedere Medical Centre for approx. 2 years now. I migrated from my previous practice with whom I was with for over 30 years.

I have found that, at all levels, the service, professionalism, and attention from the Belvedere practice, has been far supperior to my previous one.

Having been with the previous one for so long, I had come to accept that their service and/or performance was the norm, and didn't question anything. On more than one occasion I have been wrongly diagnosed by the previous practice.

I now have had no problem with booking appointments , and at each appointment have been pleasantly surprised with the courtesy, and attention to detail, shown by each person I have seen , be it nurse, doctor, and even locum when present.

I am thankful that I am on the books of Belvedere Medical Centre, and have full faith in their guidance and care.
