unfortunately yesterday 12 September 2019 my doctors surgery at westlands medical centre were too busy to see a disabled pensioner because my wife rung at 08.30 instead of 08.00 , that couldn't move his dominant arm, so after 4 hours of speaking to 111 who was just a secretary with no medical experience, I then spoke to a doctor from Bicester with no local knowledge, who then made an appointment with st.marys hospital walk in, because my walking is terrible and couldn't use my arm at all I got someone to ring a taxi, to got to st marys hospital and I was seen quickly and diagnosed correctly and got prescribed naproxen got a taxi back to fareham, so after taking naproxen I could then move my arm absolutely wonderful, so instead of jumping on my disability scooter to go to my gp surgery to get a prescription, I have spent 5 hours +£30 taxis all to get a prescription for naproxen, so rubbish westlands medical centre and very very well done st marys walk in
"very well done st.marys walk in"
