"Overall performance"

I and my late husband have always received excellent care from the medical staff. We have always been consulted about any changes of medication etc. and our views taken into consideration. The reception staff are not overly intrusive only asking for a basic overall reason for the request for an appointment in order to try and match you with the right doctor.
