About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

From going into a&e to ward 21 i was treat with dignity and respect i was told everything thats was happening the hospital was spotless and all the staff were wonderful i would also like to praise the domestic staff who keep this hospital spotless they need some praise as well it seems a small thing to say but thank you all

Communication is extremely important to us, so we're happy to hear that you were told what was happening throughout. Providing a positive patient experience is a team effort and our domestics are a crucial part of that and we agree that they do a fantastic job in keeping our sites clean.
