"Don’t waste your time"

Referred by my doctor to this place, my first appointment was cancelled the day before because “the consultant doesn’t see people with snoring issues anymore” .

I arrived for my rebooked one today, and was initially told that they had lost my doctors referral, obviously they are only interested in their private patients as I was in and out within 15 minutes.

I was advised to seek my own medical device from the snoring and sleep Apnoea Association. The consultant couldn’t be less interested in my case

After visiting the snoring and sleep Apnoea Association website their tests suggested I should be referred for a sleep study as I’m high risk of sleep Apnoea!

So it’s back to the doctors. For a second opinion

So if your offered an appointment at the bin Huddersfield my advice is wait for an NHS one, you’ll be better diagnosed and better treated
