"Totally Useless"

About: Leicester General Hospital / Neurology

Doctor was pretty impolite, gave the impression that they couldn't care less.

Was sent for brain scans.

Over 2 months later, still no results, no communication from the hospital.

Was told by my GP that the neurologist dealing with my case was on annual leave but no idea of a return date. Every time I attempt to call to discuss, nobody bothers picking up the phone.

I know the NHS is under huge pressure but just a bit of common courtesy would be nice!
