Raised concerns about some inaccurate information and content in copies if clinical letters received prior to going for consultation at specialist hospital out of area, Aside from one call from a Consultant to sort out about a typo,
Ive heard nothing aside from the woman who was asked to investigate it ringing me to say what was due to happen, Nothing happened aside from the one call. Have been advised to escalate it to a formal complaint, as when I tried to contact PALS again, they were not running today.
