"No appointments and slow to provide details of..."

Very difficult to get appointments and when offered there is an expectation that you can get to the practice in a very short space of time. No pre bookable appointments nor any after 5pm or weekends.

On first occasions telephoned for test results, GP refused to tell actual outcome just said nothing to worry about. Recieved a letter from practice 2 days later to say results were in and there was a problem with one of them that required follow up.

Second occasion told results hadn't been recieved back from hospital. When spoke to hospital they had been sent 2 days earlier. Provided both fax number and email for practice to hospital who resent results, i ensured this happend. Was told next day that practice hadn't yet recieved them, had to wait further 2 days. Poor practice management.
