"Not happy"

I have not been with the surgery long and already I feel let down by them. I booked mine and my baby's 6 week check through the my gp app weeks in advance for them to phone me at half past 4 (40 minutes before my appointment) and tell me they cannot do it because it shouldn't have been booked through the app as it is a 40 minute appointment and appointments booked through the app are only for 10 minutes, something as a first time mum I am unaware of and noone had told me. They then tell me I can't book his 8 week immunisations until he's 11 weeks. Safe to say I was fuming.
