About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Ophthalmology

My wife attended 0930 appointment at Eye Clinic yesterday at 0920 but was not seen until 1130.

This is not acceptable.

I am sorry to read of your wife's lengthy wait for her eye appointment.

Sometimes appointment unfortunately overrun and staff try to manage these as best as they can although I can appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you.
