"No complaints for how my mother in law has been treated."

About: North Devon District Hospital

(as a relative),

I'm here just bringing my mother in law in to outpatients. Everything has gone well. She's normally seen on time, and there are very rarely any problems at all. It all seems to run very well.

No complaints at all for how the staff have treated her.

It's good that there's a handy waiting room near her department for me to wait in too, rather than being down 6 corridors nowhere near.

Dear soninlaw

Thank you for contacting us whilst you were waiting in outpatients, its always good to get "live" patient feedback.

I'm glad to see that you found the outpatients waiting room handy, and that youv'e not experienced any delays with your mother-in-laws appointments recently. Its also very pleasing to see that staff have treated her well, and to ensure that the outpatient managers benefits from your feedback, I have forwarded your comments for sharing with the team.

Jayne
