"Don't know how they can call it a doctor's..."

Not once have I received good customer service from this surgery. Every time you are kept waiting longer than you should for your appointment but today was an absolute joke, I waited over an hour to be seen to then walk into the room and be told I couldn't been seen as I had my son with me, but not once was I told that I couldn't have my son with me and normally the receptionist are right up in your business and tell you what you can and can't do but on this occasion they didn't. My appointment was with one particular doctor and considering it is her surgery she is useless. Can't tell when the next available appointment is. But to be fair I wouldn't go back here even if my arm was falling off. I wouldn't even have given the one star. Do not register with this doctors!!!!!!
