About: Rampton Hospital / Mental Health Service

(as the patient),

The Staff on Cambridge ward look after us very well, they listen to what I have to say and talk in a positive way, they are friendly Staff. I have felt involved in our community and I enjoyed putting all the flowers in the Garden

Being sent to this ward makes me feel safe

Staff make me feel safe on the ward because of the fast response time which is good, more staff based on the ward would be good. Things can take a long time in Rampton Hospital but the times have been changing because so many Patients have moved forward from Cambridge in the past 3 years a lot more than some less secure settings, the Staff keep doing their best. I do feel cared for when I meet my MDT team, but I would like more ward rounds and see the ward round team more.
