"Satisfied with experience at North Devon Hospital. Better than help from GP or Pharmacist"

About: Devon PCT North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Had to wait twenty minutes to see the triage nurse and then I awaited treatment which I had no idea how long I would have to wait for.

Good experience, as expected. I was given some idea there would be a wait to be seen and feel I was well informed. Also had out-patients appointment this morning which I expected. Parking was not a problem today but on previous visits I have found it to be so.

I have come to A&E today as i have had a bad experience with my GP, I felt 'fobbed off'. This problem has existed for 6 weeks so I really wanted to just get some help/treatment- I came to A&E as a last resort. I also asked my pharmacist in my local Chemist what they suggested and they didn't help
