"Going the extra mile"

I come to Mount Gould every 3-4weeks for my feet. I see different people every time. I wish I was seen by the same person so I could get to know them.

All the staff are excellent, anything you wanted they are ready to help you. The staff don't talk down to you, they are good. I can't think of anything that could be better. I feel they've done everything they can for me, even helped me into the canteen. When I first arrived, I thought I'd forgotten my money and the nurse offered to pay for my food but I found my money. Still it was going the extra mile. They've offered to come to my house originally, but now I have come here. I don't mind coming here at all, it suits me just fine.
