About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Totally disgusting that my son had his pre op in feb then forgotten about and now another pre op and operation cancelled twice in one month . Totally disgusting ENT department. You cannot keep a child waiting for op that he has been waiting to have for the last 5 years
