The clinic itself is clean and new, and the staff seem good, but I’ve had 3 separate appointments over the last 3 weeks and they’ve been anywhere from an hour to 2.5 hours late. There’s really no reason to leave people waiting for so long, especially as they’re booked appointments. If the clinic is unable to meet the allotted appointment times, don’t book so many in.
