Doctor's great - always friendly, professional and efficient. As for the Lady i encountered on reception the other day - terrible. I feel lucky that i am 45 and not 75 whereby her demeaning belittling, mocking tone didn't cause me to much upset - perhaps just about enough to complain, because it was wrong. How this Lady is allowed to act as the face of your Practice is quite beyond me - when everything else you do is so valued and respected. I don't know the answer - but please get her ego under control ....because it can't be very nice for the people who can't speak out and go unnoticed.
