I would just recommend that you inform your patients that as from September you will no longer be opening. An A4 piece of paper flapping on your door just doesn’t cut it plus you need to make a message on your phones, I tried to call this morning and was 5th in the queue, I would have been really angered to get to number one and no one answer. Please sort.
