"Ok but always room for improvement"

I can generally get an appointment on the day if I ring up at 8:30am however it has be done on the dot otherwise you're number 89 in the call que! Messed up a bit with an appointment made in advance (cervical screening) this had to be rebooked twice because there wasn't a nurse in who was trained to do it on both occasions. A Dr once misdiagnosed my baby with infected eczema when in fact it was hand foot & mouth. Everyone makes mistakes, still Staff are generally polite & respectful. It would be nice to see the same Dr each time instead of a different one but.i suppose this has it's advantages too.
