"A massive thank you"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a service user),

A massive thank you to not only the A&E staff but the paramedics.

I was brought in to A&E yesterday at 5ish after I crashed my car. The paramedics were fantastic. And very kind. When I was brought to to Resus Sally and her team were fantastic, as you can imagine I was very scared but the team went above and Beyond. The care I received was second to none. Slight down side is no one explain what was going on, my however it was a Friday night by the time I went to the A&E ward. So it was very busy. I can’t remember all the names of the nurses that cared for me. But a massive thank you to jo and Jenny who were working the night shift last night. And to the nurse who stayed with me when I first came in till her shift ended, thank you!

Dear NikNock,

I am sorry to hear of your accident which resulted in you having to call on our services. I am delighted to hear that you appreciated the care afforded by the ambulance crew who responded!

It must have been a daunting experience to say the least.

I do hope you are recovering well from any injuries and that you make a full recovery.

I would very much like to pass on your feedback to the ambulance crew. To allow us to do that, and if you can find a spare minute to do so, I would very much appreciate if you could give our admin team a ring on 01224 812200 to pass on further detail regarding the incident, so we can identify the crew who helped you.

Thank you very much for taking the time to pass on your feedback.

Kind regards.

Euan..
