One particular man who sits on reception is the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered, on one occasion he actually made me cry on my way out left me feeling humiliated such a nasty man with no customer service skills what so ever how he ever got a job especially on reception is beyond me! My experiences have been that awful it actually puts me off booking an appointment when I need one, never see the same doctor and usually get fobbed off when I see the doctors anyway there’s a couple I have seen who have been okay but most the time I leave feeling disappointed and let down!

We are very sorry that you had a poor experience whiles dealing with the receptionists. We have discussed this problem with all the staff particular looking the perceived behaviour of the staff by the patients when they seek help. All our staff have now gone through training on communications with the patients and hopefully they will not appear to be rude.
