"Lovely staff, amazing treatment!"

We visited this department attending ward 307 after my 19 year old daughter broke her nose and had to have it manipulated back into place. The consultant was such a lovely, friendly lady and explained everything really taking care of my daughter. She felt so comfortable we even had 3 students watching the procedure (all of whom were just as lovely.) The extra care given especially when offering to check out and clear my daughters ears too as she'd had problems with a blocked ear. I honestly can't fault the care and hard work of all staff involved. Tribute to the NHS!
