My Mum is 91 and the cataract that she'd had done 2 years ago had clouded over. We were seen by a Doctor at Victoria infirmary...and then by the consultant. He was superb. He knew her sight was poor but indicated that doing laser eye surgery would improve her vision slightly.A week after the operation she can get herself dressed, make her own breakfast, read books, and get herself out for a walk. Saying thank you seems a bit pale in comparison to what the consultant has done. My Mum's quality of life has gone beyond all her expectations.Once again...Thank you for your knowledge, time and determination in improving her life. You have no idea how our lives have been changed for the better.
"A big thank you to the consultant."
