"Excellent and reassuring care"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I went in with a lump in my breast and all investigations were completed very promptly and with great care. Everyone was very reassuring and took their time to explain what was going on and being done. I was told almost immediately that it was almost certainly benign, which turned out to be the case, but at no point did I feel like I was wasting anyone's time. Could not have been more satisfied with my experience.
