I rang at 2.50pm today with a medical concern, not sure whether it warranted an appointment. Triaged very effectively by the receptionist. Was advised a GP would contact me in the next few hours.

GP rang me within 10mins. Asked me to come in at 4pm but advised there may be a wait as they were short staffed. Arrived 3.50pm, seen by 4.05pm, home by 4.30pm. What awesome service.
