I was caring for a relative long term and unfortunately this came to a conclusion. I hadn't worked due to this but knew when I did find work I wanted to work in the care sector supporting others.

I wasn't sure where to start and I signed up to the WorkingWin service where I was supported by Joe. Joe helped me with my confidence by improving my CV, running through interview preparation and helping me apply for work in this area. We considered all options regarding distance, training and if these would be the right places to work.

I also have been shown courses which could help improve my skills and I am now currently working towards level one and two in business admin and health and social care which will really help me move forward in finding work.

Appointments and times were always set to when were best for me and my daily routine and I found this helpful also and my partner were also able to attend if I felt I needed a bit of moral support.
