"Undergone circumcision at crawley hospital"

About: Crawley Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Got to the hospital at 12.15pm for operation in the outpatients ward. Was greeted very nicely and lead right through to ward and had bed with comfortable chair to sit on.

Shortly after this the surgeon took me through to private room and he explained what my operation i was having and how to check for infections after the operation, next the anaesthetist told me what she was going to do very clear was given a nice iced water and made to feel at home.

I went into theatre at approximately 1-130pm and woke up in recovery room with a nurse at my bedside at 2.50pm she asked how i felt which i felt fine. offered cold water again which i gratefully recieved. got pushed through on trolly/bed to waiting area and got offered more iced water and i ate my home made sandwiches but was offered hospital sandwiches which did look very nice! was picked up by my wife at 5pm as i was not allowed to be discharged without my lift.

All nurses, surgeon and anesnatist were very very nice.
