My son recently needed the services of Mr Black, ENT consultant, and three visits to Channel Day Surgery.
As his parents we would like to pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude to Mr. Black and the team on Channel day surgery. Words will never describe how grateful we are for the care given not only to our son but to us as anxious parents.
Our son is the most precious part of our life and Mr Black has surpassed our expectations of the care that he has given our family. He has been honest and factual with the advice and information that he has given, whilst also managing to build some relationship with a very frightened 2 year old.
I do not feel that any aspects of our son's care could have been improved upon from the nurses on Channel day (Tracy) and the recovery nurses Julie and Josh right through to the secretaries and June the waiting list co-ordinator. They have all been empathetic and caring. Julie, Tracy and Josh all managed to put our son at ease through a very difficult time.
Mr. Black your knowledge and skill is second to none and we are so very grateful.
