"Meeting Consultant Neurologist"

About: The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust / Neurology

After my husband had taken seizures we had an appointment with Consultant Neurologist. He looked at the MRI scans and said "I don't think you have a brain tumour, I am not planning on doing surgery any time soon, you are fit and well so go back to work." Three weeks later we get a letter in the post saying you have a brain tumour and we are doing surgery within the next few weeks. No conversation, no explanation for the massive change in opinion, no chance for question and answers. Absolutely appalled!!!
