"CAN'T GET THROUGH ON PHONES, NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK"

About: Newham General Hospital / Maternity care

They give you appointments with no prior notice. Once I had a doctor surprised I was there, once I couldn't understand why I'd taken a day off work to be there, and for the latest appointment, I've been trying to change the date for a week. Nobody answers the phone, half the time it goes dead once it is answered, and when you do get through, no-one is available and promises of a call back are forgotten.
