"Always ready to help - kind, intelligent,..."

I have been a patient of this practice for 9 years and, as a mother of three, have had plenty of cause to visit it over the years, whether for myself, or one of my children. The doctors, nurses and support staff here are knowledgeable, kind and sensitive. I have always been able to have appropriate diagnostic tests done quickly and doctors/nurses are good at listening and are great at ensuring I/my children am/are involved in the decisions that are being taken.

I also like the fact that alternatives to medications are always outlined/offered where appropriate. The staff always seem to go the extra mile; a request submitted this morning for a medical letter to support a health-related appeal was turned around within a few hours, with great courtesy and thoughtfulness. I feel very lucky to have access to such a professional and dedicated team - and all on the National Health Service. I think the Meads is a great asset to quality of health and well-being in the town. Thanks so much to all at the Meads for looking after me and my family.
