"Unplanned visit to Frimley Park"

Presented at A&E with chest pains, asessed within 10 minutes by staff who were friendly and professional taken to Coronary care unit for more tests, then offered a proceedure this was explained fully to me and they cheerfully answered my sons long list of questions regarding this. I can only relate to my own experience but without exception all the staff i met were friendly professional and had a sense of humour, the atmosphere was of calm efficiency This is how it should be done .
