"Fully recommend"

We have been here a few times this year between me, my partner and our children and each time we have visited, we've been met with wonderful receptionists and brilliant doctors. Yes there is sometimes a wait, like always there will be someone who is more urgent than yourself, like a young child. Understanding and patience is the key in places like hospitals, they do the best that they can and they have shown that to us this year. Helpful, polite and to the point!
