"Great service"

I thought I would take the time out to let others know of the fabulous service I had by the surgery. I called up late in the day with complaints of a UTI. The telephone manner of the call handler was empathetic. She showed concern for my discomfort which was really lovely. I was actually requesting a callback from a doctor. The lady spoke with the doctor whilst I was on the phone and after a few minutes she returned to tell me the doctor has directed a prescription to the adjoined pharmacy (which were far beyond helpful).I was really impressed with the surgery today. My experience with them over the years has been average but today I actually was really impressed with their expedient service and caring manner.
