"Recent visit to Audiology Dept"

The service offered and delivered by the Audiology Department is second to none.

A phone call on Tuesday resulted in the offer of an appointment the same day or an alternative on Wednesday.

The staff are courteous, efficient, and patient focussed resulting in a solved problem in minutes. This not my first experience of the Audiology Dept and the standard is as high now as it was on previous visits.

The Team should be thanked and commended for the excellent standard that they maintain.
