I had an appointment at the Rheumatology department on 7th August 2019 and it couldn't have been better.
The staff were lovely, everything ran to time, the doctor who saw me was wonderful.
Subsequently I have a question about my prescribed medication, which I'm reluctant to take without having an answer to the question.
I have called the RA department number endlessly, this week alone I've called several times each day (feeling a bit frustrated now!) just to be able to ask the question and get an answer.
I think our NHS are fantastic and I know how tight staffing is and just how busy they are but I have to say, this is so frustrating all I need is a simple yes or no answer.
It's rather spoiled everything that's gone before!
Oh and yes, I have checked with the hospital switchboard that I have the correct extension.
