"Terrible surgery especially since changes"

Since the practice started it's new telephone request for appointment is impossible first you have to speak to the nurse practitioner to see if you warrant a appointment and how long you have to wait it is very embarrassing first having to tell receptionist then nurse before you can see the Dr it was to the point my pain had me feeling suicidal but could not get an appointment for 3 weeks! So I told them I was on the point of suicide funny I had an appointment within an hour proving there are appointments available ,our Drs practice has gone so high tech it has no room for it's patients ,I did try to find a different Drs but there is no other in Rowland's Gill and you never see the same Dr twice they are always locums which must say something about the practice if no Dr wants to stay full time .they say always try to see the same Dr for each course of treatment chance would be a fine thing each time I get used to a Dr they leave and its back to locums.i would NOT RECOMMEND this practice to my worst enemy
