"MATERNITY EXPERIENCE- ALEXANDER WARD"

I WOULD HAVE RATED MY EXPERIENCE A 5, HOWEVER ALEXANDER WARD CHANGED EVERYTHING.

My wife delivered a child, The staff were very amazing from theatre to recovery. Very caring and supportive I give them 10/10.

ALEXANDER WARD - The nightmare starts here - The nurses are amazing.

The support workers are very unfriendly, unhelpful, very rude and unprofessional. The ward lacks basic essentials that a patient needs, no bowls for patients to freshen up, no soaps. No support to make beds, patients are given Bed linen and expected to complete this themselves. I thought nursing essential care involved patient support at their most vulnerable times. Clearly not from this ward.
