"Virtual care"

I had a 3 week wait to even speak to a doctor. They told me I needed to go to the hospital for blood tests. However they failed to tell me I should fast beforehand. So now I have.to waste more time (& money) going back to the hospital on another day. If/when the test are done and the results are in I still won't get to see a doctor as it will be another phone appointment.
