It's not as easy to get an appointment as it used to be but isn't that the same everywhere?

It's a shame that other people give the whole practice and all of the staff a terrible review just because of the pressure on appointments which is a national problem.

If you can't have an appointment they offer you a phone call which is enough for many issues anyway, and they will give you an appointment if they need to see you, you just have to be willing to take a phone call first.

I attended the practice with my son after his birth and also for my own health. This was for a range of services including contraceptive, immunisations, referral to DRI, etc.

My experiences with practice nurses, healthcare assistants and GPs was always good.
