"Your work makes all the difference"

About: St Lukes Hospice

(as a service user),

Isa, Frances, Ella and all the exceptional nurses at Harrow Palliative Care Team, my brothers and sister in law and myself want to thank you for your superb hard work and kindness when looking after our mother, prior to her dying at the end of July, 2019.

Our mother had cancer and because of your support , we were able to bring her home and care for her in the last few weeks of her life. This enabled mum to pass away with all her loved ones around her 24/7 and in her own home which was a beautiful way to go.

In the final days you helped alleviate any uncertainty and hand held us through an extremely difficult time reassuring us all the way.

You are the unsung heroes and words can not say how much we value and appreciate your knowledge, medical expertise and kindness to both our mother and us at the most difficult time. Your work makes all the difference and is deeply appreciated.
