(as a relative),

After a rollercoaster of a ride after a suspected massive stoke of my mother in law, we ended up on Saturn Ward in the Great Western Hospital in Swindon.

It was a very busy ward but I just wanted to say thanks to all the staff of Saturn Ward for their care and kind words.

However I want to say a special thanks to Luke, who had the patience of a Saint. No matter how busy he was he approached every task with the attitude that nothing was of too much trouble for him and he definitely went that extra mile for his patients.

I myself am a Nurse and know what a challenging job this can be so I wanted to say a few kind words to let people know that their care was appreciated.
