Dear Patient

I am sorry to hear of your concerns about our lunchtime opening hours.

However, please note that we are open during the lunchtime on Thursdays and Fridays and so could I suggest if you need to pop in you could do so on one of these two days.

What you may also find helpful is to sign up for patient on line access which would enable you to request your repeat prescription via your mobile phone or computer.

By signing up for this service you can also book appointments remotely so I would encourage you to do this.

We also open 1 or 2 Saturday mornings each month for pre-booked appointments and in addition we offer appointments from 7am on Tuesdays so you may find appointments at this time works better with your working hours.
