There are a few good staff but the rest really bring the practice down.

After being discharged from hospital for a terminal illness, the prescription clerk cannot be more unhelpful if they tried. Prescriptions are not filled and there is no notification or reason as to why. You only know when picking the thing up from the chemist of missing items. The nest step is to put in an emergency prescription - one that they cannot Guarantee fulfilling (I called them up). Really didn't want to comment here but I cannot find any way to complain.

They did phone up my sister to read her the riot act after the last screw up..
