"Excellent care but very expensive."

thank you very much for the excellent care you gave my wife whilst receiving cancer treatment at Musgrove hospita,l our only complaint unfortunately it's the cost of the parking surely there should be concessions for patients who are having large operations and going hospital for a period of time. We have spent around £120 on parking so far and we are nowhere near the end of our appointments on the three day my wife was on the ward the cost of parking was £22 per day which is the same as parking in central London surely this cannot be right? Can you not come up with some system of concessions long-term patients and cancer treatment patients. I would like to say that the level of care we received at the hospital was excellent.
