"Consistently bad service"

The Reception staff here are always so rude and abrupt.

I have been using Pharmacy2u for my repeat prescriptions for the past year as it's so easy and convenient, but my latest request (which gave the surgery 2 weeks notice to provide the prescription) was completely ignored by both the reception staff and Doctors, despite several follow-ups with them.

I now have to take time off work (which I won't be paid for) to physically visit the surgery "just" to collect the prescription, not even to see a Doctor in person.

The Receptionist's attitude and tone of voice when I called clearly stated that they were not sorry and it was entirely my problem!

I should have move to another surgery years ago, and definitely will be now.
