"Rude Staff"

Cannot fault the GP’s at this surgery, however the receptionists are absolutely awful. Rude, unhelpful, don’t even acknowledge you when you arrive no matter what receptionist is on duty they’re all the same l. I am never greeted with a smile and even on the phone their attitude is awful. I know there have been some changes at this surgery recently and the doctors are now full time with no locums which is a positive thing and the e consult worked for me. The next thing they need to work on is the reception staff and their attitude!
